These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jillace ("jillace," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jillace website located at jillace.org and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jillace, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jillace Platform.

To register and maintain an account on jillace, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable regulations. 21+
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jillace, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jillace Platform for any reason.

jillace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jillace may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on jillace. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillace account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jillace will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jillace immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jillace is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

All financial transactions on jillace are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jillace does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jillace is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Deposits are credited to your jillace wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jillace reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same business day. jillace reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jillace complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Any transaction that jillace reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the relevant funds will be withheld pending investigation.

jillace offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• jillace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• jillace reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system or acted in bad faith.
• Bonuses are not transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

All games available on the jillace Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules displayed and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to gameplay matters.

jillace uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jillace will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. jillace's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jillace Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jillace staff or other players

jillace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jillace Platform without the prior written consent of jillace.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jillace's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jillace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j illace does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

jillace collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jillace Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about how jillace protects your data.

jillace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your jillace account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcome.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

jillace reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jillace will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the jillace Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
