jillace ("jillace," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users who access or use the jillace Platform at jillace.org (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173, "DPA") and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the jillace website, mobile-optimized platform, customer support channels, and any other services operated by jillace. By registering an account or using the jillace Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering regulations

2.3 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya mobile wallet number (masked after verification)
• Bank account details for BPI, BDO, or Metrobank transfers (account name and number, masked after verification)
• Transaction history including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus activity
• Partial payment card details (last 4 digits and card type only — full card numbers are never stored by jillace)

2.4 Gaming & Behavioral Data

• Game history, bet amounts, win/loss records, and session duration
• Responsible gaming tool usage (deposit limits set, self-exclusion requests, session reminders)
• Bonus and promotion activity
• Customer support interaction records and chat transcripts

2.5 Technical & Device Data

jillace does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review, except where required by law or where you have provided explicit consent.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, jillace processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfill our obligations under the jillace Terms and Conditions, including account management, payment processing, and game provision.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering laws, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and tax obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
• Consent: Processing for marketing communications and personalized promotions, where you have provided explicit, freely given, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

jillace does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data only in the following circumstances:

6.1 Service Providers

jillace engages trusted third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. These include KYC and identity verification providers, payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa/Mastercard networks), fraud prevention services, cloud hosting providers, and customer support platform operators. All service providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by jillace and to maintain appropriate security standards.

6.2 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

jillace may disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), or other Philippine government authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

6.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of jillace's assets, your personal data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to the same privacy protections described in this Policy. You will be notified of any such transfer via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

jillace retains your personal data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable Philippine law and regulatory obligations. Specifically:

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following account closure, as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with BIR and AMLC requirements.
• Customer support records: Retained for 3 years following resolution of the relevant inquiry or complaint.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for 2 years thereafter as evidence of consent.
• Technical logs: Retained for 12 months for security and fraud prevention purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jillace will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

jillace implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. Our security measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the jillace Platform
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including KYC documents and financial records
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available for all player accounts

While jillace takes all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, jillace will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay.

jillace uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform, maintain your session, and analyze usage patterns. The types of cookies we use include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These cannot be disabled as they are required for login sessions, security tokens, and basic navigation.

The jillace Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. 21+ jillace does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on jillace or provided personal data to us, please contact our support team immediately at the email address provided in Section 14.

jillace primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud hosting services), jillace ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organizations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or under appropriate contractual safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission.

By using the jillace Platform, you consent to the transfer of your personal data outside the Philippines where necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the safeguards described above.

jillace reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, jillace will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the jillace Platform after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
